COVID-19 VACCINE INFORMATION
Everything you need to know prior to your Covid-19 vaccination delivered by Symphonie Primary Care Network at Hull KCOM stadium
UPDATE: 09.02.2021 We have now moved on to inviting the next Cohort of patients and the majority of our clinically high risk patients as well as over 70's have now been invited and vaccinated. We also have a clinic this Friday 12th Feb.
UPDATE : 21.01.2021 We are doing well with majority of over 75s now vaccinated or booked in for this week, and also many over 70s, however we have been advised that we are not receiving a delivery of vaccines next week therefore we will have no clinics.
The UK covid vaccination programme is being rolled out in phases and over the next few weeks and months many more clinics will be established to provide vaccinations.
The national Joint Committee for Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has determined the priority order for people receiving vaccinations and in this initial phase we are focusing on the over 80s, care home residents and care home staff which is well underway. Everyone in the UK will be offered a vaccination, however the whole programme of work will take months to complete due to its scale and complexity.
We appreciate that many people are enthusiastic about receiving the vaccine but please do not contact the surgery to enquire about when you will be able to receive it. We are working hard to vaccinate people as quickly as we can in line with the JCVI prioritisation and will be in touch when it is your turn. If you would like further information please check out the government website. Thank you.
