You can now access your summary care record online, please follow the link below. To get registered simply pop into the surgery where the receptionist will give you your unique log in passcodes.

Consultations and other requests
During our opening hours, you can use accuRx, to contact the practice for medical, prescription, or administrative issues online. Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Please do not use accuRx for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during opening hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
NHS App
The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services. You can download the NHS App on your phone or tablet. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
