Complaints

Every patient has the right to make a complaint about the treatment or care they have received at Wolseley Medical Centre.

We understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encountered we will be able to improve our services and patient experience. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception or you can click here to access our complaints form (PDF, 88KB).

If you believe your complaint has not been handled appropriately, please contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

If you do not wish to complain directly to the practice, you can instead send your complaint to the Humber and North Yorkshire ICB Patient Experience team via email at hnyicb.experience@nhs.net or phone on 01482 957750.
